The team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My stay was cozy and everything was clean, so I'd happily return.

Breakfast was the worst part. By 7:30, nearly everything was gone, and all that was left was chicken porridge with anchovies as hard as sticks. The place feels like it's declined over the years. You can't open the window, and one towel was "broken-white."

I was happy with the room. The gym could use more machines and weights.

Thanks to the crew for the complimentary item in my room. I appreciate it ✨

The hotel lost power for more than two hours, and there was no apology or compensation for guests. They said it was a PLN supply problem, but nearby PLN customers still had power. It seemed like the emergency diesel generator was too small for the hotel's usual power needs. This was the worst service I've experienced in the Aston Hotel chain.
