I slept well, and the linen smelled really good. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast had a varied menu. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ketapang.

I keep coming back to nevada whenever I’m in Ketapang. The hospitality is good, the room is clean and fresh, and breakfast has a nice menu. There are useful things nearby too, like an ATM, convenience store, and food court. I’ve also had very good service and comfy rooms here, with decent meals. Alfamart is just across the road.

The water had a bad smell, but everything else was okay. There’s an airport car service for 100K, and the drive takes around 10 minutes. Nearby, you can find restaurants, a mosque, alfamart, and an ATM.

I was happy with how clean the hotel was, and the staff were great. The General Manager sent me a letter during my stay, along with ginger tea on one visit and sliced fruit on another. That kind of personal touch is rare at hotels. There’s a cafe just past reception serving coffee and snacks, and the parking lot is inside the hotel. I think nevaa is one of Ketapang’s best hotels and worth recommending.
