They canceled my booking for three rooms just six days beforehand, even though I had made it a month in advance. When I asked for another nearby recommendation, they couldn’t help and said everywhere was fully booked. It was really inconvenient and stressful.

The room was dirty, like it hadn’t been swept, and the mattress was dusty. There were flies everywhere, with lots of dead ones even on the floor.

The room was the main problem. It was damp and moldy throughout, and despite being clean, it smelled strange everywhere, especially the bedding. The sink light flickered, the ceiling had collapsed, and snails were all over the place, especially on the already damp toilet paper. The hotel is well located, has a small warung of its own, and offers activities I didn’t take part in. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with my questions or problems.
