I’d definitely come back for the hot springs pool and its breathtaking view. I had an incredible stay at the "Batur Volcano Kintamani" villa. The room was spotless and well kept, the facilities were top-notch, and both the staff and owner were extremely friendly. That pool was the icing on the cake.

Everyone was so lovely, and the clean, comfortable rooms were in a perfect spot for hiking up Mount Batur. We absolutely loved the pool with its hot spring water. We’d choose this place again any time!!!

The garden and natural hot spring pool were a real highlight of our trip. It was so relaxing. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the owner was very nice and organized. We also loved the three cats. Our room was clean, spacious enough, and had a beautiful view. The accommodation is close to the start of the Mt Batur hike. There were lots of flies, but they didn’t get in the way of us relaxing.

The people working at Batur Volcano Guesthouse really made the stay great. They speak great English and are genuinely nice. Made was always helpful, as were the reception staff, and they seemed able to organize everything for you, like magicians. They also set us up with a great driver, Edi. The rooms were clean and equipped, and the hot spring pool was a nice touch. Be prepared for lots of flies in the area, though; they’re everywhere.

Having a private hot spring at the hotel was a must, and the room was clean and the food was good. The staff were amazing and helpful. They arranged a car from Amed to the hotel, organized a Mount Batur hike that started right from there with our best guide ever (Big up to Eddy!), and sorted out a taxi to our next destination, Munduk. I totally recommend it!
