Booking this hotel through an app turned into a really bad experience. The roads were damaged, there were no directions, and it was hard to find. When we arrived, the hotel looked abandoned and extremely dirty, with ants and flies everywhere and nobody on duty. We couldn’t check in because they said they no longer partnered with the app and demanded that we pay them directly. This place is really complicated. Anyone thinking of booking should reconsider.
