We booked the glamping because it looked beautiful, but the room was dirty, damp, and mouldy. The rug they had put on the bed was old and shaggy, worse than a doormat. The road was unbelievable, and there was no way to reach the so-called lobby without a four-wheel drive. The staff were helpful and picked us up by bike. After seeing the place, we decided to check out immediately. The pictures didn’t match what was advertised.

Waking up to the lake and mountain with coffee was lovely. We slept with the roof open, surrounded by nature, and the fire and outdoor tub made the stay feel special. Just right for a peaceful night away.

I went with the cabin because its design felt so charming and different. The lake view is partly hidden by the roofs of other villas, but the place itself is beautiful. The weather was good enough for us to light a campfire that night.

Watch out on the road getting here. Once there, though, the fresh air, quiet and lovely scenery made it a nice break from the crowds. Housekeeping were so humble and helped us a lot.

We had such a good time at Cloud Hills! The little cabin is a lovely place to get away and be close to nature. Nengah and Sarva were especially welcoming and helpful, and really nice to talk to.
