The concierge was very helpful with the arrangement for a local restaurant to take our order and deliver it. The hotel itself is excellent, and there's free coffee and tea you can make yourself at any time, day or night. The food, though, was cheap and awful. The menu they provide is only in Indonesian, and it's better to find a local restaurant yourself on Google. They know there's a problem and have promised to change suppliers.

The worst accommodation ever. I paid almost 1 mln for the room, and we paid cash when we arrived. After checking in, I left and said we'd be back at night. When we returned, they'd given our room to other guests and put me in the owner's room, which was used and full of the owner's things. Another room was full of dirty linen from other guests, and there was no water heater.

The sunrise over three mountains was an incredible bonus to waking up here. There's a big shared balcony with tables and seats where guests can enjoy the view all day, and it's amazing. Remember to get up at 6am every day for sunrise. The main cafe areas are about a 20 min walk away. My room was clean and the sheets smelled great.

I loved waking to the fresh air and the view over the volcano and mountain landscape. The whole Kintamani region is beautiful, and for me and my family, mountain view house was a 10/10. The place is peaceful and lovely, the rooms are large with ensuite bathrooms, and the hospitable staff are ready to help with whatever you need. I highly recommend a visit.

The mountain-facing villa has a refreshing view and is nice overall. Unfortunately, the floor in our room was a bit dirty and very dusty, even though we'd just checked in.
