You can walk straight into the sea for a dive, and fresh coconuts are picked from the nearby trees. Every morning, fishing boats come and go loaded with tuna and mahi-mahi. Andre took me on an introduction dive, and it was amazing. I wish I’d had time for the open water course. It isn’t a touristy area, but it’s a great fit for tourists who want a bit of everything. This is a high-end resort with everything you need and amazing staff. Five stars!

Coming back to our room each time to find a fresh bottle of water on the nightstand was a lovely touch. The toiletries, including shampoo and body gel, were high quality, and the facilities were clean and thoughtfully arranged. Meals at the restaurant were perfect, with fresh fish, fresh fruit, and home-cooked food. All the staff were so kind, and being right by the ocean made the stay unforgettable. Such a cozy resort! ❤️

We completed our open water certification here, and it was a fantastic place to start learning to dive. The resort is peaceful and clean, and the staff are polite and professional. You get a sea view at every meal. I’d also recommend the spa, especially the Balinese massage.

Wi-Fi is the one real drawback. If you need to work now and then or just want to get online, bring your own internet. The hotel connection was so slow that even opening an email could be difficult. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful, quiet hotel with 15 well-kept bungalows and direct access to a rocky beach that’s great for diving or snorkeling. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s away from the tourist crowds, so you can really relax. Definitely worth recommending.
