The bathroom needs a much better clean. Its floor was dark and slippery, and hair had built up in the drain. I was disappointed by that, especially since my first stay had been comfortable and clean. I’d booked an air-conditioned room this time but tried the fan room.

The Deluxe Room had plenty of space, but the overall cleanliness made it uncomfortable. The sheets were yellow and the pillows were flat. The bathroom was somewhat clogged, and there were no towels, soap, tissues, drinking water, or bath mat. Those are basic hotel standards, so I hope they improve things.

The room’s door wouldn’t lock, and the place looked nothing like the photos I booked through Agoda for my parents. The bathroom floor was slippery, the mattress smelled musty, and the yellow sheets looked as if they’d been peed on. There was black mold on the walls, which seemed to be starting to rot, and the furniture was beginning to leak through the walls and ceiling. The room itself smelled musty too. I tried to cancel and get a refund that same day, but the hotel staff disappeared and wouldn’t answer my calls. I eventually left without warning. I rarely say this, but I’m very disappointed and won’t recommend this hotel to my parents or extended family again. Please ask the owner to review the facilities and equipment so they’re more worthy of a review. Visitors should reconfirm their plans and be careful. I booked 620 x 2 during Eid, and the price wasn’t good for this quality. 👎👎👎
