Resort Prima Sangkanhurip

The staff were cheerful, polite, and helpful, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and had more amenities than I expect from a two-star place, including soap, shampoo, and a comb. I booked a twin room, with a bed I think was 120 cm wide, a chair, AC, and a TV. Only eight channels came in, though, and none were for kids. Parking right outside the room was handy. The grounds are large and full of trees, so there were mosquitoes, which I'm used to. There are pools for kids and adults, although the adult pool is quite far away, plus a tennis court. The pool was empty when I visited, but it was dirty when I arrived. I can't tell whether I got there just before cleaning or if it doesn't get cleaned much. I trust the good cleanliness rating more, but who knows. The Wi-Fi was rubbish. I called reception, and the staff member apologized and could only tell me to keep trying. It rained during my visit, which was a shame since I wanted to walk around. I believe there's also a camping or outbound area, which sounds interesting. I'd be very happy with my stay overall, and this would be my second choice when I return to Kuningan because of the Wi-Fi.
