Be very cautious about booking here. I paid by card for a night through booking.com, but when I arrived, nobody came out for a long time. Eventually a man showed up and said they didn't use the applications. I showed him the invoice and had to insist before he said it was his first day and he needed to talk to the boss. He gave me six phone numbers, but they were either disconnected or switched off. Then he said he'd go see the boss himself. I told him he wasn't going farther than 1,5 meters from me and that we'd go together. He kept trying to get me to leave or wait while he went off to call those same nonworking numbers. Only after I showed him I was serious and had the Indonesian police dialled on my phone, with the call ringing, did I get the room key.

Don't book through the OYO app or other apps like traveloka, booking, or tickets. The property owner no longer works with OYO and has asked OYO to remove the listing, but hasn't received a response. If you still book through OYO or another app, the owner says they aren't responsible because the payment doesn't go to them and no room may be available.

I feel at home here and have never been let down. The mattress and wardrobe are good, the bathroom is roomy and clean, and the water runs well. The AC gets serviced every three months, and there’s a guard on duty around the clock. It’s also still affordable for me. 🫶🥰

This feels like a real scam on the app. The listing is clearly shown, but when we tried to order online two days later and asked about it, they wouldn’t cooperate. There was no sense of responsibility, just lots of excuses. The whole thing is unclear.
