There's no WiFi or toilet paper, and the TV has no antenna. The room had only one little light that worked. It was very dirty, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, and the sheets had blood stains and hadn't been changed from the previous guest. The owner or receptionist was also very rude. Don't trust the pictures. Stay away from this place...

I had a great first stay here. The room was roomy and comfortable for working, with a table and chair, and the service was friendly. I'd recommend it, especially for families.

The shower pressure was weak, but the room was fairly big and clean. There's even an elevator, which is a nice touch for a homestay. Could work well for a few days in Kupang.
