SOLTERRA SEMINYAK Boutique Hotel & Spa

We had such a good week at Solterra Seminyak. The staff were genuinely welcoming, and the pool area was lovely. We ended up spending a lot of time at the pool bar, which quickly became our favorite spot. The location makes everything easy. The beach is about a relaxed 10-minute walk, and there's plenty going on nearby without the noise reaching the hotel. Even late at night, there are 24-hour convenience stores around if you need a snack or have forgotten something. Our room was spotless, and the sheets and towels were changed every day. Solterra has become a favorite of mine, a dependable place where you know what to expect, and the stay is excellent. I'll definitely come back.

What stood out most was how personal the hospitality felt. Wardi, Rossita, Ika, and Sarjana were especially caring, quick to help, and there whenever we needed them. Everyone we met was kind and patient with all our questions, large or small, and made us feel welcome and looked after each day. The grounds were pleasant and well maintained, with a calm atmosphere. Our room was clean and nicely designed, with a wide, comfortable bed and fresh, spotless linen. Having water in the room was a small but much appreciated detail while traveling. We had a comfortable, clean stay and would gladly return. The staff really went above and beyond, and we'd happily recommend the hotel.

If you're on a budget, you can probably find a good deal here. The service is excellent, the staff are kind, and the location and pool are great. It was quiet for us, except that noise can come through if you have a connecting room. The layout feels more like a motel, and the hotel definitely isn't premium. The curtains were another downside: they don't block the light, which spills in everywhere. I found it hard to sleep past 6 AM. Still, it offers decent value.

The complimentary luggage storage made our travel plans much easier, and the pools were beautiful and very well looked after. Breakfast had a generous spread with plenty of tasty choices. Our room was spotless, with high-quality linen, a very comfortable bed, and pillows I loved even as a picky sleeper. The whole team was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, whether at reception, in the dining room, or at the bar. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling, and often seemed to know what we needed before we asked. Esti, Tania, and Arif deserve a special thank you for their kindness and professionalism. I didn't catch every name, but we're coming back in a few weeks, so I'll make sure to learn them then. The hospitality was second to none, and we'd highly recommend staying here.
