Adus Beach Inn

I already miss this hotel. It made me feel at home, and I’ll come back on my next Bali trip. The owners are so friendly, and the staff are great too. The pool was clean, the grounds were looked after, and someone regularly checked whether I wanted my room cleaned. The room was reasonable for the price. Everything you need is nearby, but it’s quiet enough to sleep peacefully without traffic noise. I have nothing negative to say.

The location was reasonable, but I left a day early to stay somewhere else. The room had no drinking water, soap, shampoo, or body wash. The toilet seat was broken, there was no plug in the tub, and the hand shower pressure was extremely low. The property was run down and very untidy, and the service wasn’t very friendly. For the money, I’d give it 2/10. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

It’s in a handy spot, surrounded by pubs, bars, and restaurants, with Legian beach just a short walk away. Breakfast was nice and filling, and the service was so friendly that they even checked on us to make sure we hadn’t missed it. The place has a peaceful, quaint feel, with trees and a pool, and you can hear the water and birds. There were a few mosquitoes at night, so just keep the door shut.

We booked online from the airport, and the owners kindly stayed up to check us in. The Inn is in a quiet area, about a five-minute walk from the beach, with convenience stores very close by, though to be fair they’re everywhere, about every 20 metres. Staff were approachable, and it’s a good budget option if you’re not looking to party. The room was simple and came with towels. The fan was loud, but it worked. Breakfast was included and substantial, with omelettes and pancakes. The bathroom is old, though it wasn’t dirty. We had a great stay at Adus Beach Inn.
