A good option if you're there for surfing. The hostel's shared chill out space is very basic and not especially comfortable for hanging out. Still, the staff are really friendly, and the showers do the job. The standard rooms have what you need, and with the very low price, you get what you pay for, so I have no complaints.

Good value, with plenty of restaurants nearby at different price points and a bar on site. The only thing that bothered me was the roughly ten dogs and puppies that would sometimes start barking at night, even though they're adorable.

A great place to get a feel for BALI. The surfing staff are excited to teach you, and the rest of the team are helpful and lovely people. In the mornings, they bring you a cup of coffee as soon as you wake up. The owner really cares about the community and is always helping, whether with orphans or around town. We had a GREAT TIME. I recommend it to all, 5 STARS.

A cheap place to stay, and the beach is nearby. There are lots of locals around at night. The bathroom was a bit dirty, though that seems pretty typical for Bali.

I was only here for a night. It was early October and the place was almost empty, so there wasn't much of a social vibe. Still, the bed was decent, there were no bugs, and it had what I needed.
