The pool and palm-lined outdoor space are roomy and lovely for relaxing. It stays quiet in the side lane, though busy Legian Street is only a five-minute walk away. The hotel feels a little dated, but it's good value. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and mini fridge, and the bathroom was fine.

The staff were really great, and I'd happily stay at this hotel again.

It's tucked away from the crowds but right in the middle of Kuta. The rooms are basic and very spacious, and it worked well as an affordable place to do some last-minute shopping before flying home.

We had three rooms for a family holiday that lasted 19 nights. There are no lifts, so we were on the ground floor. The location suited us well, with easy access to JL Legian and JL Benasari, plus a supermarket and laundry right by the back door in Benasari. The pool was clean and easy to get to, breakfast was served each day, and the staff were friendly. Our rooms were cleaned daily; the beds were comfortable, the fridges and air conditioning worked well, there was plenty of hot water, and the linen was changed regularly. For what we paid, it was great, and I'd stay again for the price and location. A few things weren't provided: daily bottled water, a hairdryer, and an in-room safe. The safe at the front office worked fine for us. Toiletries were limited, and you have to ask for extra room towels if you want them for the pool. More shade and more comfortable pool loungers would help. The restaurant also closes shortly after lunch.
