I spent 10 days at Beruga, and the central location was excellent while still being quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful, and we even got to try freshly baked biscuits. The pool is small but surprisingly deep and lots of fun. Wi-Fi and AC were acceptable. The bathroom cabinets could use some renovation, but what won me over was the cute design, the lush garden, and the most adorable kittens roaming freely. Each bungalow looks a little different.

There were quite a few mosquitoes in our room, even with the doors kept shut, though it wasn’t too bad. The pool was great, the AC worked well, and the outdoor shower bathroom was incredible. Wi-Fi was OK for basic work, but I wouldn’t try video calls on it. It’s an affordable, central place to lay low.

For the room price, it met or beat what I expected. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the nights were quiet, which is a plus in this area if you’re a light sleeper. The AC wasn’t very strong, so I had to keep it on turbo and at the lowest temperature. The shower setup was a little unusual but OK.

We stayed for over two weeks and were very comfortable. The beds were super comfy, the AC was cold, the showers were hot, and the room was cleaned daily. The pool was lovely, the owners were lovely too, and the location was great. It was also reasonably priced, with cute kittens around.

A good looking bungalow in an excellent location, with friendly staff living on site. It’s a nice choice for a professional but economical stay. I would’ve stayed longer if the TV had worked 😅
