The corridors felt eerie and maze-like, and of the two lifts, only one worked. Both the lift doors and much of the room felt neglected. The curtains had an odd color, the blankets had big tears, the shelves were dusty, and the fridge barely worked. The toilet hardly flushed, the showerhead was green with oxidation, and the shower handle was really dirty. There was a loose tile wobbling outside the bathroom door, and a bathroom window looked straight onto the air conditioning unit. The only bathroom supplies were two towels. Lighting was poor too, with just the balcony light and two plug-in bedside lights. The balcony chair arms came loose so easily that I couldn't rest my arms on them reliably. I haven't stayed in many hotels, but this place only just meets the bare minimum for me. I wouldn't choose it again. Visitors could find somewhere better.

I came by to have a look and wasn't impressed. Lots of domestic tourists seemed to be staying here, with people waiting around to check in and smoking or vaping everywhere. No thanks. I'll stay somewhere else.

The location is fine, close to Legian, but the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. The staff gave bad service and were rude, including security being rude to children. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all. Only one elevator was working.

The room was fairly clean and had decent amenities, but the bathroom smelled bad from the moment we walked in and needs improvement. The hotel is huge, and the floors felt like a labyrinth. Floors five and six were especially dark and quiet.

I stayed five nights and had a really good time. The room could use more light, and the beach is a little far away, but the location was good and everything else was fine.
