The pool area was great for both relaxing and playing, and the villa had such an open, welcoming feel. We adored our stay here with the family. It’s in a really convenient spot in Seminyak, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault it, and we can’t wait to come back.

We spent our Bali holiday in a roomy, well-equipped villa in Seminyak, with five spacious bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom in each. The living and dining spaces open onto the pool and garden, and the tropical greenery gives the place a private, peaceful feel. It’s also easy to get out to the area’s restaurants, bars, shops, spas, and beaches. The kitchen has what you need to cook or order from the menu, and the friendly, professional staff kept things tidy daily, refreshed towels and linens, and helped arrange activities and services. There’s free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, and a sound system too. We had comfort and convenience in one spot, and felt well looked after.

We left early and went back to a resort. The staff were accommodating, but the stay wasn’t worth what we paid, and we wouldn’t return. Sony, your response leaves out why we checked out. The roof leaked outside the kids’ room, the floor was slippery, and my daughter fell and broke her glasses. The pool depth was the problem for us, since children couldn’t swim in it, even though I never complained about its size. The sheets were damp and smelled bad, so nobody wanted to sleep under them, and my wife was disgusted. The toilet is in a separate building from the main living area, so with the rain we got soaked whenever anyone needed to use it. There’s no air conditioning in the living space, so we had to stay in the TV room, and the Wi-Fi was down about half the time. We told you the children’s ages when enquiring, but the villa didn’t suit a family and the photos were misleading. Reviews seem falsified to me, since you, Sony, an employee, also posted one. I’d give it zero stars if I could. This was the first message I’d received from anyone. Keep the voucher, we don’t want to stay there again. If you cared about guests, you’d have refunded the remaining unused days.

We really recommend this villa in Seminyak. It’s lovely, and you can walk to the beach.
