Fairfield By Marriott Bali Legian

We had a comfortable stay at Fairfield by Marriott Legian. The rooms were spacious, the beds excellent, and housekeeping did a great job. Indonesian hospitality really impressed my family and me. The hotel isn't right on the beach. It's more than a 10-minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory, though I would've liked more choices. We enjoyed the seafood BBQ buffet too, but the seafood options were somewhat limited.

NANDITA was so welcoming and friendly, with a great attitude and positive energy. She was always helpful. EKA and VINO kept our room spotless and ready, and helped us throughout. They were professional and trustworthy, and we felt safe having our belongings there. The rest of the team were kind, smiling, and ready to help as well. Their kindness gave me such a positive feeling, which you don't come across often. The hotel itself is one of the nicest I've stayed in. The food was very good and the location excellent, so we're leaving with only happy memories. I'll try to stay here again when I'm back in Bali. Wishing the whole team the best, and hope they keep up this same positive attitude and service.

Angel and Intan made our five-day trip much easier by helping us plan our itinerary, and their customer service was exactly what we needed. Angel deserves a special mention, 100/10. She greeted us with a huge smile and the same positive energy every day, from the first day to the last, and kept checking that we had everything we needed. Her service never dipped during our stay. Thank you both for making the trip so memorable.

I don't usually leave Google reviews, but Fairfield by Marriott Bali Legian really impressed me. It was clean and comfortable, conveniently located near Jl. Dewi Sri, Kuta, and Seminyak. Everyone was attentive and friendly, though I can't recall all their names. Sergio at the front desk made check-in quick and listened when I said I needed stable internet for an exam and interview. I appreciated his courtesy and local accent, a lovely touch of Balinese hospitality. He also let me extend my stay because my next hotel, Fairfield Sunset Road, couldn't check me in until 3:00 AM due to full occupancy. That made the transition much easier. It's another great Marriott hotel where I've stayed a couple of times. I only booked two of my ten Bali nights here. If I'd realized how good it was, I'd have stayed the whole time. I tried to book the same room for my next visit over the long weekend at the end of May, but it was already unavailable. The front desk still tried to help, and I appreciated that. Parking is limited.
