Airy Seminyak Sunset Road Belong Dua 5 Kuta Bali

The staff were friendly, the facility was nice, and breakfast was good. But the cleaning was a serious problem. Our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while: dust had built up on the furniture, there were urine stains in the toilet, coffee cup marks in the kitchen, and marks on the bedsheets. We reported it and showed them the obvious mess as soon as we entered, over the phone. The room was supposedly cleaned the next morning, but none of it had been touched, so we ended up cleaning it ourselves. I’m giving two stars for the facility, breakfast and friendly staff. The other three are off for the lack of cleanliness and professionalism, which matter a lot when you expect a place ready to sleep in.

It’s close to all the action but somehow stays amazingly quiet. The staff even helped me go out and buy a phone after I lost mine, and there’s a free airport shuttle if you stay more than 3 nights. Great place, definitely recommended. A few things could be better: some towels look very old, and $60 a night is high for a double room. My steak at the restaurant was a little cold, like it may have been reheated.

We only came for breakfast. At 55k for all you can eat, it’s okay if you’re on a budget. You can order eggs how you like them and help yourself to the hotel buffet, and the coffee is good. If you want a lavish breakfast with lots of choices, this may not be the place.

Clean, quiet and central, with top-notch breakfast and staff. They call you by name and make you feel at home. Best accommodation in town, and I’m definitely going back.
