The staff were kind and helpful, and the airport is very close, which is why we picked this hotel. They run an hourly airport shuttle, but it's open air, so we were instantly sweaty and dusty. Before a 36-hour journey, we didn't want to arrive at the airport already dirty, so we got a Grab for a couple of dollars instead. We only needed a room for eight hours between leaving a luxury place and our midnight flight. We showered, ate, and relaxed there. The bed was clean, but the room felt worn and unclean, and I don't understand Google's four-star rating. The biggest concern was that the door wouldn't lock unless someone inside used the deadbolt. Thankfully we didn't need to leave the room, and we told the hotel about the lock at checkout.

I loved staying here. It's well set up for international airport transit travelers, with excellent rooms and great facilities. Breakfast offers an amazing range, and the restaurant is expensive but very high standard. It's quite a walk to the beach, though there are good, cheap Warungs nearby serving delicious food. There's also laundry close by and an amazing coffee retailer next door.

The breakfast was really good, with heaps of choice and great service, and there's a free airport shuttle every hour. My room was spacious and clean, with a pleasant little balcony overlooking the large inner Atriun. It does show its age, but the price felt fair. The TV isn't smart, though there are several English-speaking channels. If you have no luggage, you could just walk to the airport.

We paid 550,000Rp to use the room from 1pm to 8pm, which was great value compared with paying for a late checkout that can cost as much as another night. The room was adequately sized, with A/C, twin single beds, a decent shower and bathroom, and a reasonable amount of storage. An Alfamart, coffee shop, and supermarket are nearby, and the hotel offers a free airport transfer. We ate dinner in the restaurant and found the prices reasonable. It's only a 10-minute ride to the airport, so this worked really well for us.

The staff were polite and good, but the room was in poor shape, and paying AED 200 didn't feel worthwhile. Its bathroom was worn out, the shower gel smelled bad, and the dispenser was dirty. I booked one large bed and got two smaller ones. Complimentary towel decoration and petals had also been promised, but never appeared. The room looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. The stay felt more like three stars than the online listing suggested.
