The location made it easy to find a beer or a good dinner. The room was clean, and both the room and service were amazing. Breakfast was nice too. I didn’t use the pool since nobody else seemed to be using it.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this stay was bad enough that I want people to know what happened. The staff were dismissive and sometimes rude. Even simple requests, like extra towels or a question about Wi-Fi, seemed to annoy them. One day housekeeping skipped our room without saying why. We also got a different room from the one I’d booked weeks earlier. They said my chosen room was “unavailable,” with no proper explanation, and put us in a smaller room that didn’t look like the online photos. There was no apology or compensation, just a key and a shrug. The room itself smelled musty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned well in a while. The air conditioner barely worked and kept me awake with its noise. The walls were so thin we could hear conversations and TVs from both neighboring rooms. In the shower, the water pressure was almost nonexistent. It took 15 minutes to rinse shampoo out of my hair, and the hot water mostly didn’t work. The amenities advertised online were closed, broken, or not there at all. I know no hotel is perfect, but with the poor service, misleading listing, and lack of basic hospitality, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I’d spend my money somewhere else.

It’s a good place to stay on vacation, but the floods in Denpasar caused us to lose both water and electricity. Guests still need to charge their phones and have water, so a backup generator would be better.

The room was comfortable, and the beach was within walking distance. There are also party spots very close by.
