Lamancha Homestay by OYO Rooms

We stayed two nights at this good value homestay in Kuta South Lombok. Everything was perfect except that the cold shower was outside our comfort zone. The rooms were clean, breakfast was fine, and the staff were really nice.

After checking out lots of hotels, homestays, and Airbnbs around here in person, this was easily the best value. LaMancha has different room options depending on your budget and how much comfort you want. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and tasty, though the coffee wasn't. WiFi is free but patchy, as it is everywhere on the island. You can refill water bottles and rent a motorscooter on site.

The owners are lovely, and Sonya Warung across the road does excellent BBQ fish. The stay itself is relaxed, with a big comfy bed, aircon, mosquito net, and cold shower. Breakfast is included, with egg and toast or a banana pancake, and motorbike rental is straightforward.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s a decent room for the price, within walking distance of Kuta beach and right beside a convenience store.
