The hotel's about 50 m from busy Legian Street, but step inside and it's a well-kept tropical retreat with a nice pool. The lawn is neatly cut, and the old trees, held up with wooden supports, make a welcoming first impression. I stayed here about 20 years ago, and they seem to be keeping things up to date by renovating the rooms one at a time. The new ones are almost impeccable. It works for families and solo travellers, and the price is good for what you get.

No one was there when we arrived, no reservation staff or anyone at all. It seemed to have been closed for a long time, yet for some reason the property was still listed as open for booking on various OTAs.

Mimpi's a very good place to relax, and a good budget option for couples visiting bali for happy trips. The wifi is very limited because there's no signal in the room, and there's no hot water.

The people here were kind and always greeted us with a smile, and the special service was much appreciated. The place is spacious, secure, and as pretty as it looks in the Google photos. It’s cozy, comfortable, and quiet, with affordable prices. A perfect place to stay ❤️ Highly recommended 👌👍

We booked a room because our flight was at midnight. It’s a nice little place, with a good pool and the beach just a stone’s throw away. It had pretty much everything we needed.
