We had mixed feelings after booking two nights in the capsules. There were a lot of bedbugs. I killed five in my bed within an hour and got around 20 bites. My boyfriend found several in his bed too. Spending a whole night there would have been awful. The bites itch and hurt for a week, and I have an allergic reaction to them. It can even be dangerous for some people. The staff were exceptionally nice. When we reported the bedbugs in the middle of the night, they offered another bed, first in the same room. I said I didn’t trust the other beds there, and they let us move to another room. Please stop using the capsules until all the bugs are gone. There are several other rooms anyway. The capsules seem to have an exceptionally large number of bedbugs.

The location was convenient, but the room smelled moldy and had mosquitoes. The toilet area was rusty and dirty, and they didn’t clean it for two days. The pictures don’t reflect the actual condition.

A really nice, quiet place to stay in kuta. The owner and staff are great, and you can tell they put effort into improving the hostel and making people comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Those beds are great. The steps up to the top bunk double as storage, and each person gets two large boxes. Since the bunks are custom built, though, there's a bit more height above you when you're in the lower one.

The staff were really welcoming, and I liked how peaceful the place was. It was so quiet that I could hear the many mosquitoes buzzing around, though. We arrived while maintenance was going on, so this review might not reflect how things are later. I may come back once the work is done.
