The rooms were really nice and clean, and it was great that the TV had English-language channels. There's no real reception desk, though. Someone sits outside smoking and answers questions. Checkout was odd too. I thought the owner was in room 1, but I accidentally woke up a stranger, hahah.

The rooms were very good, with a nice bathroom, air conditioning, and TV, and the staff were really nice. But we arrived before the previous guests had checked out, and noticed the sheets hadn't been changed. The next day I went looking for staff and saw a guy lounging on the room couch, on his phone.

It's a great local warung, and I've eaten here lots of times without being disappointed. Just keep in mind it's a local place, so the dishes aren't kept warm. Only the rice is hot.

The location and price are good, but the bathroom water smells.

The broken doors and weak toilet water pressure need maintenance.
