I stayed here for about a year, and I’d tell people to avoid it. The rooms are in rough shape: fragile wood, dampness, a bad smell, dark interiors, blocked toilets, bugs, and even maggots around the room. The owner isn’t communicative and seems willing to do anything for money. They prioritize foreigners, and even those guests get charged an extra 2mio++ for being foreigners. If you respect yourself, don’t stay here.

It’s calm and quiet here, and the owner is friendly. The room has a fairly large fridge and a gas stove. Getting there by car can be awkward since the place is on a street corner, and the building seems poorly looked after. On entering, I noticed a moldy smell and the room felt damp.

It’s quiet and near the beach. The room used to be pretty ordinary, but now it smells lovely when you step inside. You can ask for the room to be cleaned or just have the sheets changed.
