The staff were helpful when we asked to change rooms, but I'd definitely recommend staying elsewhere if you can. The first day, a ceiling leak seemed to affect the whole upper floor, including our room. I understand that probably couldn't be fixed immediately, so we moved. In the second room, the sheets had blood stains and the towels were dirty. Security also seemed nonexistent, with the guard sleeping all the time. A really disappointing stay.

We had a good stay, and Syahrul took excellent care of us. He was really helpful and professional.

The location is the only thing this place has going for it. The furniture, equipment, and building are in a sorry state, the WiFi barely works, and the hotel was very dirty. There was seepage in the walls and the room I booked wasn't what I got. When I asked for a refund after the first night, they refused because I'd booked online. They moved us twice, each time to a room worse than the previous one. We stayed for a big week, though it felt forced. A cockroach showed up on our bed, then my partner found a scorpion tucked into the folds of her towel after a shower. I told reception about the problems, and they just asked whether I had a problem and warned me that scorpions are dangerous. The hotel had a Google rating of 4.2/5 when I wrote this, which seems much too high. Good luck to anyone staying here.

Nice place, but water gets into the building, with leaks everywhere, including the room and bathroom. And the breakfast is... bad!
