Pretty Girl Hostel by Reddoors

I came to book a monthly rental because it was cheap compared with other places in Kuta, but moved out the same day. The room hadn’t been cleaned, the floor was greasy, and it smelled damp and bad. While I was waiting outside, a rat ran right in front of me. There’s a pool, but it was moldy with green moss. They also have a big black dog that barked whenever I went in or out. Not recommended, there are better options at the same price.

I booked five nights and left after just one, very disappointed. Most rooms, including the mixed dorm, have ensuite baths, but the locks were either faulty or missing, and occupants had no key. I paid extra to upgrade to a three-bed room shared with two other girls. Room 80’s AC didn’t work at all, and I was sweating like a pig. The AC in the other rooms seemed fine. Staff were friendly, but seemed to ignore the problem.

The owner was really nice and always ready to help, thanks for hosting me, Riska! It’s a great place to stay, very close to the beach and tasty food. The rooms were really cool, and the price was nice.

The bathroom was awful, unclean and very smelly. I never saw anyone cleaning it. I’m giving two stars for the location, price, and friendly staff. Without those, it’d be one star.
