This felt like an older, 2000-era villa with two bedrooms and a pool. There wasn't a downstairs living room, so the entrance opened straight into the dining room and kitchen. It's in a quiet part of Seminyak near local residents. Some useful things were provided, including glasses, plates, shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. The fridge and water dispenser worked fine, and each room had a smart TV. Still, there were several drawbacks. The downstairs bedroom smelled musty, possibly from mold, even with the windows open. It may be because it's near the pool and doesn't get much fresh air. The upstairs bathroom could be seen from the hotel next door if its windows were open. Closing them made the room extremely hot because of the ceiling window. Online taxis wouldn't come to the villa, so we couldn't book a bike or car there and had to walk to the main area first. It would've helped to know that in advance. The AC units in both bedrooms were old and tucked inside cabinets for looks, so they didn't cool very well.
