Santhi Graha Kuta

We spent August 28 to September 27, 2024, at Santhi Graha Guest House and really enjoyed our stay. Tabitha was incredibly kind, and all the staff were available and helpful. The location worked out well: there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and a mall just 50 meters away. Walking through the mall, we could get to the beach in about 10 minutes. The property was quiet, and our room matched the photos, with a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was always hot water. The bathroom was a bit dated, but perfectly fine for us. We highly recommend it for short or long stays.

The place is near the beach, which I liked, but cleanliness wasn’t well looked after despite there being lots of staff. Sometimes there was no water when I wanted to shower, and the room felt damp and smelled bad. The air conditioning wasn’t cold.

The location is good, and for the price it’s okay, but it didn’t feel like a real hotel. There was no one at reception or there to show us the room. Instead, a piece of paper with our names pointed us to it. No one cleaned during our stay. The shower was right behind the toilet with no divider, and the only toilet paper provided was a tiny bit someone had rolled up. There were some cockroaches.

It’s easy to get to, and the staff are friendly. The pool is clean too. It’s not a very comfortable hotel, but if you just need somewhere cheap to sleep, it’s a good option.
