Segara Villas

For a holiday or short stay, I really liked this place. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were very friendly. The housekeeper speaks a little English and understands basic language well. The pool was clean and nice, though I’d add more plants along the wall. It’s also quiet, near Jerman Beach and the Kartika Placa area with plenty of restaurants, sports bars, and the Whater Boom. My room was cozy and well maintained, with a newly renovated, clean bathroom and a good shower. There’s a big fridge, a safe, and a small terrace right by the pool. The TV is tiny for this price, and the room feels a little small. I also missed having two chairs and a small table on the terrace, or at least a couple of beanbags and somewhere to set a drink. The pool area could use a few more seats and tables too. Those things bring my score down to 8 out of 10. Kuta Beach is about 6-10 minutes by scooter depending on traffic. The airport is close too, around 10-20 minutes by car with light traffic, or 5 minutes by scooter. Prices start at 4.5 million. There’s no kitchen, and for the room size it’s at the high end, though still fair for what you get. I wouldn’t pay the 7.5 or 10 million they ask for the other rooms with kitchens. For 5 million you can find houses with two bedrooms in Jimbaran Area. Families or two couples can connect rooms through a door in the wall. I really enjoyed the place, and if it’s available, you’ll probably like it too.
