Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest

The ballroom was really nice for my school's prom night, and the helpers were very friendly and helped us get it set up. I also enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of choices. The service was great, and the room was very clean, from the bed to the bathroom. It had personal necessities like a toothbrush, qtip, nail file, and toothpaste. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend it.

The breakfast had plenty of different food and drinks, including Western and Indonesian options. The location is strategic, near tourist spots and the airport. My room and bathroom were clean, and I'd come back. I tried the gym, but it needs work: the dumbbells are very old, the treadmill isn't really suitable for running, and the lighting is dim.

The location was practical, though traffic could be heard at times. Some parts of the hotel looked a little worn and could use better upkeep, but for the price it felt reliable and fair. My room was clean and fairly spacious, with a good bed and working AC. Staff were polite and helpful, especially at check-in. Breakfast was decent with enough variety, if not amazing. I stayed a few nights and found it comfortable. I liked it and would come back, thanks.

We stayed four nights and got really good service. All the staff and the manager were helpful and always happy to assist. Breakfast had different options to suit people's tastes, and the location was good for walking to groceries, the mall, and food court. A great room for a Bali vacation. Really recommend it. Thanks!
