For the price, you get a lot here: a clean private room, a pool, air conditioning, towels, and a hot shower. The quality matches what it costs, and we highly recommend this homestay. I don't get the negative reviews.

The staff are lovely, and the bed was clean, but the room needs a serious deep clean. The door lock was broken, the road noise was bad, and the light outside stayed on all night and disturbed my sleep. Wi-Fi reception was poor, and I had to run the water for 15 minutes before the shower got hot. It is cheap and close to everything if all you want is a bed for the night, but the room needs a proper waterblast deep clean everywhere, even if staff come in regularly.

The pool was the main draw for me, and it was very clean and refreshing. The apartments were clean and had plenty of privacy, and the staff were lovely. It's not right in the center, but it's on a main road, so getting a taxi is easy, or the staff can help arrange a scooter rental. Really good value. I'd love to return :)

The price is cheap and there's a decent range of things to use, including an outdoor pool, TV, safety box, cabinet, and an in-room bathroom. But cleaning all areas every day would help. The AC needs servicing because it makes a lot of noise, and the toilet makes an annoying sound since water keeps running. A cheap hotel still needs proper maintenance and cleanliness.
