Tekuni Dua

The wood and overall design look great, and the room was clean in a good location. I do wonder about the sign asking guests to conserve and protect the environment when single-use plastic water bottles are provided. Please switch to a dispenser in the common area and refillable glass bottles. Also, at this price range, two pillows per person should be standard.

I stayed at Tekuni Dua for 4 nights and found it comfortable, with a great design and a nice pool for relaxing after a day out. It was easy to reach places to eat and clubs, with Kuta, Legian and Seminyak nearby. There's no breakfast at the hotel, but plenty of good breakfast spots around. A few things need attention: the bathroom floor stayed slippery even after cleaning, the room was humid enough that we needed the AC on every day, and on our last day the AC remote stopped working. Staff couldn't sort it out and asked us to wait for a technician. I hope the service improves. Still, it's a very nice, comfortable hotel and one of my choices if I go back to Bali.

The room is spacious and every corner looks aesthetic, with well-thought-out lighting. But the basics weren't covered. There was no coffee, tea, or welcome drink; toiletries were limited to body wash and shampoo, with no toothbrush, toothpaste, or shower cap. You have to borrow a hairdryer from reception, and drinking water has to be requested each day. I came for an anniversary stay and asked for something complimentary, but got nothing, not even confirmation that they don't offer that service. The owner should stay here as a guest to see what hospitality needs improving. Being proud of the design and offering Sensatia products is fine, but without basic necessities, it's nothing.

Every corner is beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The one thing they could improve is the toiletries. They only provide soap, hand soap, and shampoo.
