The Camakila Legian Hotel

Breakfast was great, with a good rotation of dishes, and the hotel has private beach access for a morning run by the water. The comfort made it feel like home. Staff were attentive and the check in was quick. They even noticed money I’d left in my laundry and let me know so I could get it back. Download the hotel apps before your visit, they have the information you need and promotions too. Highly recommend!

Suci, Wilan, and Doni made our visit so enjoyable with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. They were friendly, professional and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Jingga and Mel were wonderful at kids club. They made sure we could enjoy our holiday, and my kids got so attached to Jingga, who was helpful and great at her job. They didn’t want to leave the club! Suci was also fantastic as relationship manager, super helpful and made our stay feel five star. She kept supporting us when our flight was delayed. Great place to stay.

We loved this resort so much that we’ll be back very soon. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom had plenty of space and was clean. The location in Legian was perfect for us, close to everything. The layout feels intimate and is lovely, though the maintenance is basic and needs a little attention. The staff are very friendly, calm and happy to do their best to accommodate requests when they can. I thought the breakfast menu was great, but we had to ask for a couple of things during our stay and it wasn’t consistent. Dragon fruit and coconuts, for example, should be regularly available, but weren’t offered every day. We spoke with the resort manager, who welcomed the feedback and is working to fix it.
