Turtle House Lombok

We had a comfortable stay for two weeks. The room felt almost brand new, it was clean, and the bed was great. There’s a fridge and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. The staff were so kind and helpful that we felt very welcome. We rented a bike too, and that was easy. We’d highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and really nice, and having hot water is a bonus in Kuta. The staff were just as lovely. When I fell badly off my scooter in the rain, they spotted me from a distance and came straight over. They cleaned my wounds, disinfected my hands, and bandaged them. They even had a go at fixing the scooter, which was a little damaged. Thank you so much.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is big, and the place is quiet. My one suggestion is to check the shared guest kitchen equipment. A lot of it needs replacing and cleaning.

It’s a beautiful, peaceful place, and the service was 10/10. They sorted out everything I asked for without trouble, including adding an extra bed to the room at the last minute. Thank you, Faisal, for being so kind and committed. The center of Kuta is seven minutes away. Getting there by car or motorbike isn’t a problem, quite the opposite. I highly recommend it, 10/10.
