It’s super cheap and right in the center, with an awesome pool. As a solo traveler, I found it easy to meet people there, especially around the pool, and the bar next door brings cocktails over to you. Dreamy. The beds were clean and comfy, with full curtains for privacy in the dorms. The common area could use some work. It was a bit hard to find, but a local pointed me across the road when I asked.

There are two rooms with eight beds each, and the lockers fit a large backpack. The small communal area has bean bags where people hang out for pre-drinks. Showers, toilets, and sinks were clean and well lit, and staff cleaned the beds and rooms quickly every day. This friendly hostel is tucked away but handy for a quick backpacker stop. Nearby you’ll find bars, shops, exchange booths, massage parlours, barber shops, a vegan restaurant, and a mini-mart. Motorbikes are easy to rent for a reasonable 70k/day. Guests get 10% off at the small ground-floor restaurant until 6pm, though it closes at 7pm.

I stayed in a dorm and it was perfect. The staff were amazing, the beds comfy, and there’s a nice pool in a really relaxing setting. Two restaurants serve great food in a chilled atmosphere. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’ll be back for sure.

You really can’t beat the location. It’s a great place to meet people, especially at the cafe and the pool next to it. The beds are comfy, the AC is great, and the staff are always around and quick to respond. It’s really affordable, especially with the breakfast add-on.
