Un's Hotel

There are lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby, and the hotel has a laid back feel. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I found it fantastic value for money. I enjoyed my stay more than at a 5* hotel in Sanur, which felt old and dirty by comparison and charged 35k for water once the tiny complimentary bottles ran out. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean, with big bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. There’s free filtered water and a shared fridge. The pool and gardens are lovely, and the beautiful wood furniture is used inside and outside the rooms. Absolutely recommended!

A friendly, affordable little hotel right in the heart of kutu.

The rooms are large, the gardens are nice, and the pool is great. My boys and I loved it. The location is good too, close to the main attractions. A bar fridge in each room and a bar by the pool would make it even better, but I loved everything else.

We’ve now stayed at Un's twice, and our family of six had a great vacation there in the bungalow. It’s an ideal place to base yourselves before travelling on to Ubud and Amed. Both were lacking something compared with Un's. It’s a family run business of about 30 years, with friendly, helpful staff, a well kept garden and pool, and Local Balcony Restaurant is great. The place may be showing its age, but that’s part of its charm for us. It’s quite close to the beach. Our room backed onto Jl. Benesari, though, where scooters and people passed until late on most nights. That didn’t bother my wife, but I ended up using ear plugs.
