We spent five very comfortable nights here, and the Amalia team looked after us so well. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walk away, and the beach was an easy, leisurely 10-minute walk. The pool was spotless and surprisingly private for such a central location. The staff were lovely. Yanti was attentive and always checked that everything was right, and the rest of the team were friendly and very accommodating. We were traveling with three older kids, and everyone had their own space. One bedroom is detached from the main house, which suited our older teen, who liked having a bit more independence while still being part of the stay. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are little balconies on three levels, with plenty of lounge furniture and sunbeds. This was our first villa stay in Bali, and we weren’t disappointed. I think it’s a gem and good value for a group looking for a well-rounded place in Seminyak.

It’s peaceful here since it’s away from a busy road, and the place is kept very clean by attentive staff. Restaurants and sports bars are still close enough. I’d gladly book again.

Breakfast was delicious each morning, and we had a lovely time with such kind staff. One thing to know: a bedroom was in a separate building and was much smaller. The other bedrooms were in the main building, all upstairs.

The team at Amalia Swan were amazing, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next year. They were friendly and knew the area well, including where to find massages and other things we asked about. The villa is near good cafes, bars, and pubs, and it took us about 10 minutes to walk to Seminyak Square shopping centre or the beach. We stayed in July 2022 in a four-bedroom villa with a private pool. Every room had a spacious ensuite, and the villa was cleaned daily. They could also cook breakfast for us each day if we wanted. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed the pool and facilities, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Each bedroom also has a roomy balcony with a view. The three-storey, four-bedroom villa is in a quiet spot in Oberoi Seminyak, just a short walk from the restaurants on “Eat Street” and the shopping area.
