The villa is very well located, the rooms are nicely fitted out, and the staff are lovely. But sewer problems kept coming up, and we eventually had to leave. The smell of sewage was there from our first day. On arrival we were told the main toilet was out of order, but that was fine since every bedroom had its own bathroom. On day three, the downstairs bathroom toilet overflowed, flooding the whole downstairs bedroom and spreading into the kitchen. We waited seven hours for it to be fixed, then asked to move. The booking agent agreed it was a health hazard to stay and found us another villa. We asked the owner to refund the remaining 10 days, but they refused, saying that after three days of repairs we could have come back. We weren't comfortable returning and insisted on a full refund. In the end, the owner agreed to refund only 50%. The owner refused to take responsibility. We won't come back to this villa.

We had an unforgettable time at Formentera Villa, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway on this beautiful island. The villa is a peaceful escape, yet well placed for exploring the beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Its modern amenities, comfort, and natural beauty make it a real gem, and I hope to return to make more memories there. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, always ready to help. They even arranged a private chef for a special dinner and gave us recommendations for exploring the island. The outdoor area was a highlight: we lounged by the pool, took in the stunning Mediterranean views, and enjoyed the calm of the island. The well-kept gardens were lovely to explore, and the property offered real privacy and serenity. Inside, the spacious, well-maintained rooms were comfortable and relaxing, while the design and furnishings were beautiful and tasteful. The views of the surrounding landscape were mesmerizing. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and service were impeccable.

Set on a quiet lane in the heart of Seminyak, the location is just right. The villa is gorgeous, with spacious bedrooms, an open living area, and a huge swimming pool that looks bright and refreshing. Just beautiful!

The road to the villa is very narrow, and there's no villa name out front. The villa contact wasn't available either. Hopefully these issues lead to some lessons for the future.
