Villa Saphir

The location of Villa Saphir made shopping and restaurant trips easy, and we enjoyed several places just around the corner. Our three families had a wonderful five-night stay, from airport pickup through departure. We couldn’t fault the bedrooms, pool, or facilities, and the staff handled everything we needed. Breakfast became a daily highlight, especially for the kids, who could order whatever they felt like. Wayan and his team also put together a spectacular Christmas Seafood BBQ lunch. We’re looking forward to coming back to Villa Saphir.

I’m staying at Villa Saphir for the second time and couldn’t be happier. The villa is lovely and comes with great amenities. Breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options and accommodation for dietary requirements. The staff and service are absolutely immaculate. We can’t wait to return!

It was one of the most relaxing holidays I’ve ever had. The villa felt private, yet beaches, restaurants, and shopping were close, with taxis and food able to come right to the door or gate. Guards were on duty day and night and checked that visitors were expected. The staff could prepare food in the villa, and arrange massages, manicures, and pedicures there too. Nothing was a hassle with the staff. Can’t wait to get back!

The pool has steps in two corners, is the same depth along most of it, and also has a small, much shallower section. Breakfast was always tasty and cooked for whatever time we requested. The staff were so friendly and attentive, as were the lane security staff. They even came into the villa with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to my wife. It’s just outside the main centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Getting to the road to flag down a taxi takes about five minutes on foot. Whenever we raised an issue, the staff sorted it out. Nothing was too much trouble.
