Villa Ziba

The staff really went out of their way for us. They tidied twice a day, folded our clothes, cooked an amazing breakfast each morning, and made coffee whenever we wanted. They even set out mosquito repellent and coils every day. It’s the best villa we’ve stayed in, and we’d highly recommend it and come back.

The rooms were well kept, breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly. What bothered me was that staff were on site in the villa all the time, 24 hours a day. That wasn’t mentioned anywhere on booking.com. When we asked them to leave because we wanted privacy, they said they couldn’t. Very weird.

The quiet setting worked so well for our young family. We could walk to the beach, shops, and good restaurants, yet Villa Ziba still felt private. Inside, it’s spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with everything clean and well kept, including the pool. Yudi and Perry made the stay especially memorable. Yudi was cheerful and quick to help with meals, transport, and making our kids feel at home. Perry took care of breakfast, drivers, and ideas for things to do nearby, always with a kind and thoughtful approach. They made us feel like part of the Villa Ziba family. We had a relaxing, wonderful stay and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We were a group of 10 for four nights, and even when some of us got sick, the big, cool rooms and clean, relaxing pool area still made it feel like a holiday. The villa is close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, while staying peaceful. The staff were kind, attentive, and efficient, and flexible about our needs. They kept our bags after checkout and accommodated dietary requirements at breakfast. It was also easy to arrange things like massages, tarot readings, or Gojek food deliveries. The villa itself is spectacular. Thanks, Villa Ziba, for such a memorable stay.
