The rooms smelled of sewage, and there were snakes all over the hotel grounds. The owners refused to move us even though rooms were available, so we packed and left for another hotel despite having a seven-day booking. They didn’t refund us, and I’ve contacted my bank. I won’t let this go. At the entrance, the owner stopped us and almost broke my arm. Since I’m a girl and can’t fight back, he thought he had the upper hand. He grabbed my suitcase and shouted, "You have to stay here!" and "They bribed the police in Uluwatu and think they own this place and can do whatever they want to people." He chased our taxi driver away. I’m still terrified and don’t know where to turn. The owners are terrible.

RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PROPERTY. THEFTS ARE REPORTED AND LEFT UNRESOLVED. THE ROOMS ARE MOULDY, AND THE AC BARELY WORKS. THE STAFF AND OWNER DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS. DON’T SPEND A CENT HERE. AVOID IT FOR YOUR SAFETY!

Getting around was a nightmare. A taxi or Grab took 30 minutes to an hour to find, and that was a major downside. The booking also seemed to be a surprise to the staff when we arrived, and communication was hard because they didn’t understand English, so check-in dragged on. The photos made the place look beautiful, but it was dirty and poorly maintained. Our rooms were dirty, and my sister’s bathroom smelled terrible. The aircon didn’t work at first, and after they said it was fixed, it barely cooled the room. The kitchen looked dirty too, and the microwave had spider webs inside, so we didn’t use it. This was the worst hotel of our two-week Bali trip. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was great, though talking with the owner was a bit of a pain because they don’t speak English. Coming up to the place at night felt kind of scary.
