Pandawa Beach Home Stay Guest House

It’s clean, well located, and good value. I left something behind and was really grateful for the staff’s help getting it back, especially Ríski and Rio. We’ll be back soon. Greetings to everyone.

The free shuttle at certain times and free entry to Pandawa Beach and Timbis Beach were great perks. You can also rent a scooter there, starting at 70.000 IDR. For the price, we got a large bedroom, a roomy bathroom with shower and bathtub, a porch with seating, a small kitchen area, our own little garden, and even a rooftop area. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful, and brought our ordered food straight to the room. Breakfast was quite good, with Western and Indonesian choices. We didn’t use the pool, though it looked nice. The banana pancake and banana shake were a letdown. The pancake came with cheese and ice cream, which the description hadn’t mentioned. We tried it, but found it unbearable, so ask what’s included when ordering. A couple of things made the stay difficult: outside lights came through the curtains all night because they weren’t blackout, and the bathroom drain smelled strongly of sewage. It was almost impossible to breathe in there. We also had a few little centipede visitors, but those didn’t bother us much. It could have been a really nice stay if the bathroom hadn’t smelled so bad and the curtains had blocked the light.

Lovely people and a lovely place. The mattress was really comfortable, everything was very clean, and there’s free drinking water to refill. Some wonderful restaurants are nearby, and they offer extras like rides to the beach and breakfast. I’d very much recommend staying here 💙

We booked at the last minute in April because I’d left it late and almost everywhere else was full. The room was huge for what we paid, and the staff were lovely. Getting around could be awkward if you’re not comfortable riding a scooter in Bali or Southeast Asia, but the main road towards Uluwatu or north to Canggu is only five minutes away. I think you miss out if you don’t get around on your own anyway. We never made it to Pandawa itself, though the Hilton nearby has a private beach you can more or less just walk onto. I’d happily stay here again.
