I booked and paid in full through booking.com six months ahead, and got several confirmation emails. The day before the stay, I messaged the number provided and was told there was no reservation. They said, “Villa closed 3 years ago” and “our villa is full.” I went to the location on the booking date and found that it did exist, but they still said they hadn’t received my reservation and were full. The manager kept telling me to “contact booking” and wouldn’t take responsibility or help. We had to leave and find somewhere else after already paying in full. I'm extremely unhappy with how this was handled and wouldn't recommend booking here. In response to your lovely comment, I’ve attached a photo showing where I booked the hotel. That’s why I’m complaining to you, the OWNER of the hotel I booked. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! I’d give minus five stars if I could.

I wouldn't recommend booking this homestay if you want a good experience. The owner is rude and useless, can't take criticism, and seems happy to take your money instead.
We stayed in the villa for quite a while and liked it a lot. The staff were really friendly, and it was a quiet spot. Bukit is centrally located, close to all the beaches, with good parking and no traffic. The price was fair.
Calling this a hotel is misleading, it's a kost. The way they treat customers feels like they're making fun of them, and there's no work ethic. Watch your money too, it could get stolen.
There's a nice room with all the facilities, and even a kitchen in the guest house. If you're travelling around the pandawa beach area, this is a good place to stay. Loved it here ❣️
