The room was clean enough and didn't have any strange smells, so the basic accommodation was fine. A few things were broken, though. The sliding glass door wouldn't slide, and opening it took two hands because I had to lift and move it. The WIFI never worked during my stay. Housekeeping felt rushed and strange: I had two toilet paper rolls before breakfast, but none when I got back. I asked the front desk to leave some in my room while I was out, and there was still none when I returned. The next day they took the hand soap and never brought it back. Laundry was another problem. I dropped it off in the afternoon and was told it would be ready the next afternoon, but the next morning it was still at the front desk waiting to be sent out. It wasn't done until late that evening. I also asked for help renting a scooter. The first one that arrived wouldn't start, and the replacement had no working speedometer or turn signals. I scheduled a ride to the airport for 7:45, but the next morning they seemed surprised to see me, and the car wasn't ready. The driver wasn't even on the way yet. If you stay here, I highly recommend not relying on the front desk for anything.

The front desk was friendly enough and gave us free takeaway breakfast and other things. They tried to help however they could. But there were cockroaches all over the room, including in the toilet and on the bed when I woke up. They also seemed reluctant to provide towels. There were two of us in the room, but after room service each morning they always left just one. The water pressure and hot water were very unstable, and during peak hours it was impossible to take a complete bath.

I stayed in three hotels in Labuan Bajo, and this was easily the best for the price. It's right downtown, with easy access to everything, and the hotel was clean with great service. There's a rooftop pool, breakfast is included, and the restaurant is great. I'd definitely stay here again.

The views were breathtaking, and the location was perfect, close to the harbor. I also loved the delicious breakfast. The rooms were really comfortable, and the staff super friendly. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Labuan Bajo, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

I counted more than 25 cockroaches in the room. It was dirty and smelly, with roaches everywhere. We had booked two nights but checked out after just one, and they wouldn't offer any compensation. Don't stay here.
