The sheets were filthy and left me with a very serious rash on my leg. I booked two nights, but they weren’t changed on the second day. When I asked to cancel the second night, staff said I had to do it online. I’d booked through Agoda, where cancellations weren’t allowed. They blamed me for the problem and neither changed the sheets nor gave me a refund. The room was very dirty, the place was far away, and the staff took no responsibility. Very bad room, service, and staff.

The place is very quiet, and you can get a sense of how local people live. The rooms have all the facilities, the breakfast is delicious, and all the staff are friendly. I had a very nice experience. I recommend taking a day trip to Komodo and staying at Mama Komodo to rest.

We stayed five nights, and Mama Komodo in Labuan Bajo felt like home. The room and hotel were very clean, and the staff helped us with every question and problem, including arranging our trip and renting motos. A big thank you to Floriana for the lovely breakfast and her kindness. We’ll be back. Eva and Álex wish you the best!

The breakfast selection is limited, but acceptable. What stood out was how clean the rooms were. Special thanks to the manager, Ibu, whose name I’ve unfortunately forgotten, for supporting us during our stay. Thanks as well to reception officers ibu Yulin and ibu Chika. I’ll definitely be back soon. 🙏

After roaming around and visiting beautiful natural spots like Bajo island, this is a comfortable place to return to. The rooms are simple in style, nice and comfortable, and the price is affordable. A good choice if convenience and a comfy room are what you’re after.
