OYO 3705 Orchid Family Residence

Sis, does anyone have your WhatsApp number?

The facilities are good and the price is fair, but the guards have made living here a bad experience. Before the new guard, things were fine and I'd have given it five stars. There are three guards, and their behavior is so strange it makes me paranoid. Some people even call them crazy. They also yell at residents. When friends visit, the guards question them in an angry tone, which makes me uncomfortable and puts them off coming back. The bathroom is dirty and crusted yellow. They scrub it with their feet, and it seems they only clean the bottom. The place is supposedly cleaned every week, but there's still what looks like lizard droppings, and the bathroom is caked with grime. My parents saw it and were disgusted. On Saturdays and Sundays they turn off the water tap, even though some boarders are still there, so it's hard to know where to shower. I moved in at the end of the month, but they asked me for money on the first, before a month had passed. They'd suddenly come into my room without greeting me or explaining clearly, act rudely and demand payment, then get angry even though the deadline was still far away. They said they were afraid of being scolded.

The room costs 600 thousand a month without AC, and they ask for the full payment at the start of the month. Cash only, no transfer. The facilities are fairly good, but the cupboard door was broken when I moved in. They said they'd fix it the next day, but even after I paid for the second month, it still hadn't been repaired.

There were used contraceptive pills and lots of disgusting stains on the walls and wardrobe mirrors. I also found plenty of trash under the bed, so the place was dirty. The facilities were okay but didn't make for a comfortable stay, and the guards weren't friendly.
